Old Jennings Road (“OJR”) is approximately 80 units of freestanding homes (SFR) on 19 acres.  This land is subject of a land use change and PDP is working through the entitlement with local partners. OJR is part of the Branan Field Master Plan in Clay County. Here is a drone video link.
